As we all know, education is important in our life. Education is the only thing that helps us to differentiate what is wrong and what is right. It’s a gateway to success. It’s the exploration of our own thoughts and ideas and the door to our destiny.

As teachers, we mould students to compete with ever changing global society. Teachers set the tone of their classrooms, build a warm environment, mentor and nurture students and become role models.

The fast changing world will create several opportunities for our students. With these coming challenges, we need to prepare our students for the likelihood of these significant changes in their lives. We need young people to be resilient and adapt confidently to changing circumstances.

Complacency and status –quo are the antithesis of future proof and change as constant “Brain storming sessions” and “mind mapping” of the staff are the indispensable components to weed out the worn out of their existing knowledge and updating, honing of their potential.
